Wallskin offers a re-print or money backguarantee for up to 15 days after receipt of goods. If we make an error withyour order it will be corrected to your requirements at no extra cost to you asquickly as possible. Since wallpaper is custom printed on demand, refunds areonly issued if there is a printing or manufacturing issue, or damaged intransit; which can not be resolved.
Care
Thewallpaper is washable. It can be sponge-washed with mild soap solution and warmwater. It should be lightly scrubbed but never use an abrasive cleanser, roughsurfaced sponge, or pumice on it. They are damp proof so are not affected byatmospheric dampness. They are colourfast so washing will not result in loss ofcolours. Use an extended duster or an electrostatic dry dust cloth, and wipedown, left to right.
Terms
In caseof any concerns, please send us photographs of the items to ascertain thereason for return which can be initiated from "My Account" section.Once the return is accepted for refund, you would be contacted by our CustomerCare team for product collection. You will need to retain the item with all itsseals and trappings (boxes, bags, tags, stickers etc.) intact along with theOriginal Invoice. You can retain a copy of the Invoice for reference and futurecorrespondence. For any further clarifications do get in touch with ourfriendly customer care folks.
Cancellations:No cancellations will be accepted once an order is placed.
